All About Seb Turner-Moore

Past. Present. Future.

Seb Turner-Moore is an 18 year old Singer/Songwriter and Music Producer, and it wasn’t long before he realised that a career in music was exactly what he wanted in life. He was firstly surrounded by a community of musical talents at Bennett Memorial School in Tunbridge Wells, thats where his spark of musicality and creativity really began.

In the first years of his school life he took part in a number of school concerts and performed as a chorus part in school productions, including Oliver and Les Misérables. Further down the line into the later parts of his school life, he became even more involved with the music department at Bennett, but not just in performance terms but also socially, making many friends and connections along the way. He performed and sang a number of solo pieces in the school concerts, and was also a talking point as the lead singer of the Soul Band. As well as this he also starred as the lead role of Will Parker in Bennetts production of Oklahoma! And the lead role of Captain Von Trapp in Bennetts production of The Sound of Music. This was the last production that Seb was involved in before heading off to University in September.

So Seb was clearly involved with a lot of performing and singing. However those aspects weren’t the only things that pushed him to start creating and producing songs. It was actually way back in 2013, where one day a friend of Seb's Dad, (Nick Harvey) invited Seb's family round for lunch. Later that Day Mr Harvey told 11 year old Seb about his career and job as a music producer and composer for ITV and many more huge media conglomerates. Seb was so interested by this that Mr Harvey decided to give him a mini tour around his studio, and also then produced a quick track that included Seb laying down some beats on a mic for the very first time! And ever since that day Seb has been hooked into producing and creating new types of music and experimenting with sound.

Seb is now studying Music and Sound Design at the University of Ravensbourne in London. Seb is keeping his future plans bright, by carrying on producing his music and spreading it to the world. He also gives many thanks to his recent rise in audience members, and hopes to see some of you face to face very soon (once the current situation with Coronavirus is eventually resolved).
